MONTGOMERY, N.Y. (June 23, 2021) – Walden Savings Bank has introduced plans for advanced technology, including Augmented Reality, that will provide an enhanced, transformed banking experience for customers at its Montgomery branch/headquarters.

Walden Savings Bank is a community bank that has long prided itself on providing superb, solutions-driven service for its valued customers. The transformation of the Scott’s Corners Drive location, including renovation of its 3,100 square feet of lobby space to provide an interactive experience, is now in progress. The overall project is powered by Walden Savings Bank’s commitment to embracing the latest technology for customers while simultaneously maintaining its sought-after personalized service, customized for each customer’s specific needs.

-Three comfortable, confidential meeting areas for banking representatives to provide customers with a broad range of solutions and services.

-A high-tech Conference Room with video conferencing capabilities for customer meetings.

-The addition of the “WSB Café,” a self-service coffee bar for customers and guests.
