Development experiencing high rates of sale, increasing prices
GOSHEN, N.Y. (April 2, 2012) – Homes at the new Vista Woods at Blooming Grove development are selling quickly, even though the busy spring real estate season has yet to begin.

The Bayberry units will increase from $409,000 to $419,000 per unit. These prices come with no grace period, and it’s not too late for homebuyers to take advantage of the current prices before they increase again.
