Kingston, NY — The Ulster County Office of Economic Development (UCOED) received three Certificate of Excellence marketing awards from the New York State Economic Development Council (NYSEDC) at its annual conference. The materials were created by Hudson Valley-based advertising and public relations agency Focus Media.
UCOED received honors for multi-media advertising, brochure development and in the printed and electronic newsletter category. In the multi-media category, UCOED was honored for its “This is Ulster County” video. Its brochure, “Ulster County, Strategic Location, Exceptional Quality of Life” and its e-newsletter were also cited for excellence by judges.
“Ulster County is a great place to do business and we are grateful to NYSEDC for recognizing the value of our outreach materials,” said Ulster County Executive Mike Hein. “Ulster County is committed to promoting this spectacular county and helping the businesses that are here to succeed.
