Timothy P. McElduff Jr. Receives Nomination from Orange County Republican Committee

GOSHEN, N.Y. (February 25, 2019) – Timothy P. McElduff Jr., a long-time attorney with extensive experience in Surrogate Court matters and a partner at a leading Orange County law firm, unanimously carried the Orange County Republican Committee Convention last night.

McElduff will now be placed on the Republican ballot to become the next Orange County Surrogate Court Judge. The seat will be vacated by retiring Judge Robert A. Onofry, who will be forced to retire in 2019 under New York’s age requirements for county judges.

In the run up to the convention, McElduff received endorsements from 12 town Republican committees in Orange County and the Orange County Conservative Party.
