Kingston, N.Y. (Jan. 11, 2011) – The Governor Clinton and Yosman Tower, two of the premier senior-housing apartments in Kingston, N.Y., today announced that they have retained two professionals to guide expanded activities and fitness programs for its senior residents.
Leslie Malin, president of Alchemy of Aging, a Kingston-based firm specializing in senior care, will organize recreational and social activities and manage programs related to counseling, benefits and community services. She also will provide mental-health counseling.
Keith Bennett, owner of the renowned Keith Bennett’s Karate Academy in Kingston, and lifelong city resident, will lead exercise and flexibility classes designed to address seniors’ special needs. He will provide massage therapy, as well as Tai Chi instruction to the community’s seniors.
Malin and Bennett both will serve residents of The Governor Clinton and Yosman Tower, both senior housing facilities in the City of Kingston.
