ROLLING V BUS CORPORATION CELEBRATES THE HOLIDAY SEASON BY SUPPORTING SULLIVAN AND ULSTER COUNTY COMMUNITIES

DEC. 15, 2021 – Fallsburg, N.Y. – In the midst of the holiday season, the team at Rolling V Bus Corporation is proud to support communities in Sullivan and Ulster counties through a number of philanthropic initiatives.

“The holidays can be a challenging time for individuals in our community who are less fortunate,” said Nick Vallone, Executive Vice President of Rolling V Bus Corporation. “Giving back to local organizations that contribute to the betterment of our community is extremely important to us.”

Whether it be a charitable donation or an act of service, employees at Rolling V joined together to support causes near and dear to their hearts.

Rolling V recently participated in numerous philanthropic efforts, including:
• Providing transportation for local families to the Frost Valley Community Holiday Dinner in Claryville, N.Y.
• Participating in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve “Toys for Tots” program by collecting 125 toys for children in Sullivan County. The toys were distributed on Monday, December 13 at the Liberty Methodist Church at 170 N Main Street in Liberty, N.Y.
• Serving as a “Major Patron Sponsor” at the Livingston Manor Rotary 63rd Annual Ice Carnival.
• Sponsoring the Livingston Manor Central School “Operation Holiday” initiative, which provides students in need with winter clothing, toys and holiday meals. This initiative has helped more than 500 families and children in the community.
• Generously donating to the Noonday Club in Ellenville, N.Y., which contributed toward dinners for senior citizens in the town of Wawarsing.
• Generously donating to the SUNY Sullivan Food Pantry. The new food pantry is a partnership of the Episcopal Diocese of New York Campus Ministry, Delaware Catskill Episcopal Ministry, and SUNY Sullivan. It opened earlier this year in response to the increased food and financial insecurity faced by students and staff as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
