New Windsor, N.Y. (June 6, 2011) – Robert J. Levine, a partner in Cuddy & Feder LLP, a major Hudson Valley law firm, is the newest member of the board of the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corp.

Cuddy & Feder LLP has offices in White Plains, Fishkill and New York City as well as Stamford, Conn. Levine is the co-chair of the firm’s Transactional Department.

Levine is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Florida, and concentrates in the areas of real estate, corporate law and telecommunications. His real estate practice covers property sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing and development of large commercial properties. He also represents various clients regarding site acquisition, leasing and financing of telecommunications infrastructure.

Levine has extensive experience counseling both large and small companies regarding a variety of commercial matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate formations, licensing agreements, financing, employment and severance agreements, and general commercial litigation. Levine has also been a board member with the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester for four years.

“Robert’s legal, corporate and real estate background is extensive,” said Mike Oates, CEO and President of the group. “Robert has been an active member of the Hudson Valley business community and will provide outstanding insight and leadership to our board.
