June 3, 2011 (Suffern, N.Y.) – Ramapo Anesthesia (R.A.) is proud to announce that Jerome H. You, MD has joined its growing staff of anesthesiologists at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, N.Y.

For the past four years, Dr. You was Attending Anesthesiologist at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, N.J. as well as the hospital’s Bariatric Surgery Anesthesiology Division Chief. He also served as the medical director for the hospital’s Hyperbaric Oxygen Program from 2009-2010.
Dr. You graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, N.J. He completed his anesthesia residency program at Mount Sinai School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, N.Y. and his internship at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, N.J.
Dr. You is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesia and is Hyperbaric Oxygen Dive Supervision Certified. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and New Jersey State Society of Anesthesiologists. He co-authored Advances in Anesthesia, Anesthetic Considerations for Nonobstretric Surgery during Pregnancy, and delivered several presentations on complex anesthetic management.
R.A is headquartered in a 5,500 square-foot office in Suffern, N.Y., where the administrative, billing and one of its many Ramapo Pain Management and Medical Services offices are located. The group’s physician staff has tripled in the past three years and now includes more than 70 physicians and 30 CRNA’s in the tri-state area.
