Middletown, NY – Orange Regional Medical Center will host a free Mission Nutrition: MyPlate for Providers Seminar on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Orange Regional’s Community Health Education Center located at 110 Crystal Run Road in Middletown, NY.
The first in a three part series, Orange Regional’s Mission Nutrition: MyPlate for Providers, will share evidence-based nutrition information and answers to food related questions from qualified nutrition experts. This seminar is offered in partnership with Orange Regional’s Stanley S. Dunkelman, M.D. Diabetes Treatment Center, ShopRite Dieticians and Cornell Cooperative Extension.
Eating healthy is a journey shaped by many factors, including stage of life, situations, preferences, access to food, culture, traditions, and the personal decisions made over time. All food and beverage choices count. MyPlate offers ideas and tips to help create a healthier eating style that meets individual needs and improves health.
