Middletown, NY – Orange Regional Medical Center will host a free educational seminar “Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery” on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hampton Inn located at 122 Westfall Road, Matamoras, PA.
Janet Klein, MS, RDN, CDN, CDE, Orange Regional’s Bariatric Surgery Program Director, will be the host for this information-filled seminar where obesity treatment options will be discussed.
The seminar focuses on providing the consumer with a general overview of the surgical weight loss program at Orange Regional. Attendees have the opportunity to learn criteria needed to meet surgery eligibility; receive a detailed review of surgical procedures; an explanation of complications that can be associated with surgery; an understanding of the patient care process before, during and after surgery, and an understanding the commitment to post-operative follow-up.
