Middletown, NY – Orange Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce its Marketing & Public Relations Department received a prestigious national marketing award from the 29th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards competition and the 2012 Aster Awards for excellence in medical marketing.
In partnership with their agency, Focus Media, the Department received a meritorious award from the Healthcare Advertising Awards in the Brochure category for its ‘New Hospital’ brochure that depicted a comprehensive overview of the new Orange Regional Medical Center that opened on August 5, 2011. The Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards are sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report where a national panel of judges granted awards to those entries that exemplify exceptional quality, creativity and message effectiveness. More than 4,000 entries were submitted to this year’s competition.
Orange Regional’s Marketing & Public Relations Department also earned honors with an Aster Award in the Newspaper Advertising category for its ‘Stage 1 – New Hospital Move’ campaign. The Aster Awards, sponsored by Marketing Healthcare Today magazine, is an esteemed competition that recognizes the nation’s most talented healthcare marketing professionals for excellence in advertising.
