The latest free guide to Orange County’s oldest, newest, and most fun attractions just an hour from New York City – is available now!

ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. (May 10, 2019) – Orange County Tourism has unveiled a fun, free, totally revamped, 55-page travel guide, highlighting its multitude of new and famous tourism destinations, as well as suggested itineraries and lodging. It’s the perfect hold-in-your-hand, flip-through-the-pages complement to www.OrangeTourism.org, where travelers can find even more detailed information on the sites they plan to visit. From some of America’s most famous destinations to lesser known gems, it’s a comprehensive guide to unforgettable visitor experiences in Orange County, N.Y.

Follow the exciting new centerfold map to majestic Hudson River views at the newly restored Tower of Victory on the grounds of Washington’s Headquarters State Historic Site. Visit Angry Orchard’s Innovation Cider House where head cider maker, Ryan Burk, featured in the new guide, just may be on hand to explain his latest flavor creations. Of course, Orange County’s renowned attractions: West Point, Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, Storm King Art Center, Bear Mountain State Park, Motorcyclepedia Museum and Brotherhood, America’s Oldest Winery, are prominently displayed. New keys alerting visitors to the unique history and attractions of Orange County’s fascinating cities: Newburgh, Middletown and Port Jervis are also on the map.

The guide is designed to help visitors discover. We’re betting that families, couples, groups and solo travelers alike will find a need to extend their stays and come back often to fit it all in.”
