Video features drone and ground footage of scenic Orange County attractions.
ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. (January 20, 2016) – Orange County has launched a new tourism video promoting the many recreational activities and cultural attractions it has to offer. The video, which features Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus, encourages visitors to “come stay, come play, come dine in Orange County, New York.”
“Orange County is certainly a great place to visit,” said Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus. “Now, in just a few short minutes, potential visitors can truly get a taste of the full scope of tourism opportunities in our scenic county. The Tourism Department continues to be successful, which has helped economic development and strengthened our economy. This enterprising video will only help the initiative.”
Orange County Tourism worked with Focus Media, Inc., the organization’s advertising agency of record, and the Ellenbogen group, a Kingston-based audio, video and multimedia production company to produce the video. The video can be viewed at www.OrangeTourism.org.
“This new video provides us with an exciting way to promote our many attractions and activities,” said Orange County Tourism Director Susan Hawvermale. “Video captures scenic locations such as West Point and Storm King Art Center better than any other medium.”
Production crews spent three days across Orange County, capturing ground and drone footage. Sites featured include Bear Mountain State Park, Storm King Art Center, United States Military Academy at West Point, Brotherhood Winery, and the Newburgh Waterfront, among many others.
