Orange County Chamber of Commerce Welcomes Four Members to its Board of Directors

MAYBROOK, N.Y. (Jan. 30, 2023) – Four business leaders in security, marketing, healthcare and law have joined the Orange County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the chamber has announced.

The new members of the 21-member board are:
Scott Perry, owner of Atlas Security Services Inc. in Goshen.
Matthew Dorcas, president and CEO of Capacity Marketing in Middletown.
Paul Ernenwein, an attorney and partner in the Newburgh-based law firm of Catania, Mahon & Rider.
Michael Limperopulos, chief of staff of Cornerstone Family Healthcare of Cornwall.

All were elected to three-year terms.

“These four exceptional leaders bring a wealth of invaluable experience, knowledge, wisdom and business savvy to the Orange County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors,” said Chamber President and CEO Heather Bell-Meyer. “They possess expertise in a range of essential fields, and complement their board colleagues in representing the wide spectrum of businesses and economic opportunities in our thriving county. These are the leaders who will help advocate for the business community and guide our county toward a stronger, more vital economic future.”

A closer look at the new members:

Scott Perry’s Atlas Security Services Inc. employs 200 and provides security guards and mobile patrols to healthcare, education, municipal, corporate, retail and manufacturing organizations. Previously a sergeant with the New York City Police Department, Perry has resided in Orange County for 22 years. He and his wife Holly raised two children in the county.

Matthew Dorcas, an award-winning marketing professional with more than 30 years of experience, has been involved in high-visibility projects such as a Telly Award-winning video with renowned poet Maya Angelou. In addition to running Capacity Marketing, he volunteers on the alumni committee for SUNY Orange and serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Orange.

Paul Ernenwein, a Newburgh native, is a fourth-generation Orange County resident. His experience includes positions as a trial lawyer and prosecutor, as well as serving on the staffs of New York State legislators. Gaining experience beyond Orange County, he held positions with the Massachusetts Attorney General in Springfield and as an assistant district attorney in the Bronx. He returned to Newburgh in 2000 as a trial lawyer with Finkelstein & Partners and joined his current firm, Catania, Mahon & Rider, in 2002. The practice defends businesses, corporations, partnerships, doctors, medical practices, hospitals, municipalities, school districts and individuals. Ernenwein is married to Hyun Chin Kim and has two children attending college. He has been deeply involved for 20 years in nonprofit organizations and board service throughout the Hudson Valley.

Michael Limperopulos has more than 15 years of experience in government relations and external affairs. He first worked for Cornerstone Family Healthcare from 2010 to 2015, then served two years as district director for the New York State’s 18th Congressional District under Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney. He rejoined Cornerstone in 2017 as chief of staff, his current position.
