She completed her Residency in Psychiatry at The New York Hospital in New York, NY and a Fellowship in Public Psychiatry at the New York State Psychiatric Institute – Columbia, College of Physicians and Surgeons, in New York, NY.
Michael Bliss, DO (Behavioral Health) obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. He completed his Residency in Psychiatry from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.
Shajiuddin Mohammed, MD (Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health) obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from NTR university of Health Sciences in India. He obtained his Master’s degree in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT and completed a Fellowship in Public Health through CT/RI Public Health Training Center in collaboration with Yale School of Public Health. Dr. Mohammed completed his Residency in Adult Psychiatry and a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at New York Medical College/Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY.
Ilona Belinskaya, MD (Critical Care) obtained her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada. She completed a Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Belinskaya received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY and is Board-certified in Critical Care Disease, Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease.
Matthew Michaels, DO (Pulmonary Critical Care) obtained his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine – New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY and his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from SUNY Fredonia in Fredonia, NY.
Dr. Michaels is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School before going on to a Fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at Rutgers. During his training, he developed a fond appreciation for neuroscience and its applications to critical care medicine. He went on to complete a Neurocritical Care Fellowship at The University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
Patrick Bafuma, PA (Critical Care) obtained his certificate in Physician Assistant Studies from Saint John’s University in Queens, NY and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT.
Panagiotis Kouloumbinis, PA (Critical Care) obtained a certificate in Physician Assistant Studies, a Master’s degree in Management Studies and a Master’s in Public Health from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Rhonda D’Agostino, NP (Critical Care) obtained her Master of Science degree in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from New York University in New York, NY, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY. She is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and American College of Critical Care Medicine.
Catharine Armentrout, NP (Critical Care) obtained her Master of Science degree in Nursing from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY and her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, MA.
John Savooji, MD (Hematology/Oncology) obtained his medical degree from St. John’s Medical College. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency and served as chief resident at New York Medical College-Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Savooji also completed a Fellowship in Hematology Oncology at New York Medical College-Westchester Medical Center. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, America’s Society of Hematology and the International Association for Study of Lung Cancer.

Kavneet Kaur, MD (Neurology) obtained her medical degree from M.G.M. Medical College and L.S.K. Hospital in India. She completed a Residency in Neurology and a Fellowship in Vascular Neurology at Westchester Medical Center at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr.Kaur is the Medical Director of Neurology Services at Garnet Health Doctors and Medical Director of the Stroke Program at Garnet Health. She is Board-certified in Neurology by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Behzad Maghsoudlou, MD (Neurology) is Board-certified in Neurology and Psychiatry. Dr. Maghsoudlou earned his medical degree from Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, NY. He completed his Residencies in psychiatry and neurology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine as well as a Fellowship in clinical Neurophysiology in Bronx, NY. Dr. Maghsoudlou is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology.
