Recognition Highlights the Talents and Dedication of Young Professionals Providing Superb Impact
MONROE, N.Y. (Nov. 2, 2022) –– Leeanne Rose of Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc., has been named to the fourth annual Millennials on the Move listing for 2022, which spotlights 13 exemplary young professionals across the nation in the plumbing, heating, cooling and piping industry.
The listing is compiled by PCHPPros, a community for plumbing, cooling, heating and piping professionals. The announcement was published in trade magazines and online.
“I’m honored and thrilled,” said Rose, Nebrasky’s New Construction Project Coordinator/Assistant to the President. “My mission every day is to do everything I can to help our talented team ensure exceptional service to our customers, business partners and anyone who contacts our company. This recognition validates the importance of outstanding communication and teamwork.”
Rose’s diverse responsibilities include handling correspondence between Nebrasky and builders, project managers, building inspectors, foremen and suppliers. She also helps bid new projects, orders equipment, keeps foremen updated with the latest information, researches new projects and more.
“Leeanne’s numerous contributions are invaluable every day,” said company President and CEO Paul Nebrasky. “Her resourcefulness, ability to see the big picture and focus on detail are impressive, and these important skills position our entire team to do its very best.”
Rose, a resident of Otisville, N.Y., joined Nebrasky in 2019 as an office administrator and has consistently tackled additional responsibilities. One point of pride was helping implement a cabin and road-facing dashcam in all Nebrasky vehicles to support employee safety by monitoring driving habits and accurately tracking routes.
Rose also is grateful for the mentorship provided by Paul Nebrasky. “What I appreciate the most about Paul is that he values employees who vocalize their opinions and offer solutions to issues,” she said. “That support has so important to my professional growth.”
