WHAT: An opportunity for students and families to meet the pre-Kindergarten staff, learn about the resources and support the Mount Vernon School District offers and enjoy entertainment.
WHEN: Wednesday, Sept. 6 from 1 to 3 p.m.
WHERE: The Turner campus lawn, between Benjamin and Rebecca Turner schools, on 624 S. 3rd St. in Mount Vernon.
WHY: To introduce families to the pre-K curriculum as part of the district’s launch of its 4-year-old pre-K program.
