MOUNT VERNON, NY. (Sept. 21, 2017) — The Mount Vernon Adult Education Program has begun its free English language and high school equivalency diploma classes at Lincoln Elementary School at 170 E. Lincoln Ave.
Open registration takes place Monday through Thursday, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Classes are in session Monday through Thursday, from 7 to 9:30 p.m.
