Mobile Life Support Services Promotes Three, Appoints Five Employees to New Roles

NEW WINDSOR, N.Y. (January 23, 2019) — Mobile Life Support Services, the largest emergency service provider in the Hudson Valley, has announced three promotions within its staff of EMS professionals, and opportunities for career advancements within the company for an additional five employees.

Marcelo Cutonilli, Chad Burkhart and Eric Kennett have received promotions; Brett Cohen, Cory Rivera, Pam Finnerty, Duane Davis and Darryl Raynor have been appointed to new positions on the Mobile Life team.

Marcelo Cutonilli, a paramedic, has been promoted to Paramedic Field Supervisor. A 21-year veteran of the EMS industry, he has spent the last 14 years at Mobile Life. He is also a member of the company’s Tactical Emergency Medical Service (TEMS) team.

Chad Burkhart, formerly an Education Coordinator for Mobile Life, has been promoted to Education Manager. In this new role, he will continue providing the highest quality education to Mobile Life employees and local EMS providers. Chad has been an employee of Mobile Life for the past 12 years as an EMT, paramedic, field training officer (FTO), dispatcher, and member of the Loss Prevention and Quality Assessment/Quality Improvement committees.

Eric Kennett has been with Mobile Life for 14 years and served in various roles, including EMT, paramedic, communications center supervisor, FTO and a member of the Special Operations Response Team (SORT) and TEMS team. He was recently promoted to Quality Improvement Manager, where he will continue to be an active proponent for the EMS industry and personnel, initiating and implementing change whenever possible to better serve patients and providers.

Mobile Life has also offered five employees new roles, which provides them with opportunities for professional growth and development. Brett Cohen and Duane Davis will serve as Mobile Life Tactical Medics; Cory Rivera is now a Fleet Logistics Coordinator; Pam Finnerty has been appointed to the position of Quality Improvement Coordinator and Darryl Raynor to Field Training Coordinator. The employees have been members of the Mobile Life family for 18, 17, 5, 18 and 17 years, respectively, serving in a variety of roles ranging from dispatcher to field training officer.

Mobile Life currently operates 26 stations across the region and an ambulance fleet composed of more than 60 vehicles, which are strategically dispersed throughout the Hudson Valley, including Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, Ulster and Westchester counties.

Mobile Life serves as the designated 911-EMS Agency for more than a dozen municipalities, including Newburgh, Middletown, Kingston and Poughkeepsie, and provides emergent and nonemergent ambulance transportation services to most of the 14 hospitals in its service region.
