Armonk, NY, November 15, 2021 – Perry Geyer Jr., a construction professional in the New York Tri-State Office of LeChase Construction Services LLC, has been named a senior project manager.
In his new position, Geyer will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects in the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Geyer’s more than 15 years of experience in construction includes serving in project management roles since 2010. He joined LeChase in 2017 as a project manager and has overseen more than $100 million in construction for biomedical facilities, including the complete renovation of a three-story building housing research and development laboratories and specialty labs.
“Perry’s experience and skill have proven to be invaluable in creating ideal spaces for scientists to conduct their research,” said David Campbell, LeChase vice president in Armonk. “In his new position, we look forward to him taking on an even greater role in the projects he handles.”

Geyer holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College.
