Fahmy, who brings 15 years of human resources experience, will manage diverse responsibilities that include refining and implementing leading-edge infrastructure and protocols for employee recruitment, onboarding, retention and training; rolling out a new payroll and benefits system; managing compensation, benefits and compliance requirements; and providing leadership and support for Healey Brothers’ 665 employees.
