GOSHEN, N.Y. (June 4, 2013) — Glen Arden, Elant’s Continuing Care Retirement Community, will host a “Dinner with the Doctor” lecture and dinner on Monday, June 24 at 6 p.m. in Glen Arden’s Rhinebeck Room. Dr. Karen Karsif, MD, FACS, a surgeon and Medical Director of The Center for Breast Health at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, will speak at the event.
Dr. Karsif will address critical women’s health issues, including breast health awareness and medical treatment options for breast-related diseases. She is the visionary behind Good Samaritan’s Center for Breast Health and has more than 15 years of experience devoted entirely to treating breast disease. She is highly distinguished among her peers and has been awarded the Susan G. Komen Foundation’s Gay Clark Stoddard Memorial Award in recognition of her exceptional patient care.
