Goshen, N.Y. (May 31, 2011) – Glen Arden is celebrating 15 years of helping seniors live their lives to the fullest as residents of the continuing care retirement community. Residents, their families and the community are invited to attend the free events to be held at the Goshen facility on June 4 and 5, 2011.
Saturday, June 4, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.: Celebration Under the Tent – Enjoy swing music presented by “A Lady & 3 Gents,” dancing and children’s games, a live broadcast by WHUD and a celebration of Glen Arden’s 26 original residents at 1:15 p.m. A light lunch will be served.
Sunday, June 5, 11 a.m.: Join Glen Arden for an information session and community tour. Learn about the active, maintenance-free lifestyle with available long-term healthcare enjoyed by Glen Arden residents. Lunch will be served.
Sunday, June 5, 2 p.m.: Tango and Tap – Enjoy tango by dancers from “Tango under the Tent” and tap performances by dancers from Marya Kennett Dance Studio. Sangria and light refreshments will be served following the performances.
