Goshen, N.Y. (Nov. 6, 2012) – Glen Arden, Elant’s Continuing Care Retirement Community, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded Business of the Year by the Goshen Chamber of Commerce. Glen Arden was recognized for its achievement at the Goshen Chamber of Commerce annual awards dinner on Nov. 2 at The Fountains at Wallkill Golf Club.
“This award means so much to us,” said Maureen Torelli, Vice President and Executive Director of Glen Arden. “Glen Arden feels strongly about giving back to the Goshen community, and we’re grateful that the Goshen Chamber of Commerce has recognized our efforts.”
Glen Arden was founded in Goshen in 1996. Since the facility opened its doors, it has hosted and/or sponsored a variety of activities and concerts for the community, and provides meeting space for local organizations. Additionally, Glen Arden regularly hosts lunch and learn programs to educate seniors about retirement options.
