Middletown, NY – Garnet Health Medical Center, formerly Orange Regional Medical Center, is a recipient of the Healthgrades 2020 Obstetrics and Gynecology Excellence Award™, the Gynecologic Surgery Excellence Award™ and the Labor and Delivery Excellence Award™.

The Obstetrics and Gynecology Excellence Award™ recognizes Garnet Health Medical Center’s dedication to providing quality care for expectant mothers and women who will undergo gynecologic procedures. The Labor & Delivery Excellence Award™ recognizes the hospital for exceptional care of mothers during and after labor and delivery, placing them in the top 10 percent of all hospitals, nationally, evaluated for these services.
The Gynecologic Surgery Excellence Award™ places Garnet Health Medical Center among the top 10 percent of all hospitals, nationally, evaluated for providing outstanding performance and quality outcomes in gynecologic surgery, including hysterectomies and surgeries related to the female reproductive system.
Garnet Health Medical Center also received a 5-star rating in 2020 for Vaginal Delivery, C-Section Delivery and Hysterectomy.
