Middletown, NY – Garnet Health Medical Center, formerly Orange Regional Medical Center, has announced its Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation Center will be relocating to 75 Crystal Run Road, Suite 110 in Middletown, NY, Monday, February 22, 2021.
“While we are moving these services to a new location, we will continue to provide the same outstanding level of care. Our new offices are more spacious, contemporary and comfortable,” said Debbie Glebocki, Garnet Health Medical Center Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation.
Garnet Health Medical Center’s Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation Center offers physical, speech and occupational therapy as well as special services including cancer rehabilitation and vestibular and lymphedema therapy. Led by Dr. Vincent Gulfo, Garnet Health Medical Center’s Medical Director of Rehabilitation Medicine, the experienced and compassionate staff of therapists work individually with patients to restore their quality of life. The new, expanded location will provide:
