Middletown, NY- Garnet Health, formerly the Greater Hudson Valley Health System, is pleased to announce that Ann-Marie Neville has been promoted to Administrator of Talent Management and Shawn Springer has been promoted to Director of Technical Services.
In her new role, Ms. Neville oversees system recruitment including the physician recruitment process and volunteer services. She also has oversight of the Organizational Development and Learning Department.
Ms. Neville has worked for the health system since 2010. She began as a recruiter and in 2014, was promoted to Director of Talent Management. In 2019, gained oversight of the Volunteer Services Department and in early 2020, began partnering with Garnet Health Doctors and its leadership on the physician recruitment process.
Prior to joining Garnet Health, Ms. Neville worked for Major Lindsey & Africa, as well as other organizations specializing in legal and attorney based recruitment.
In his new role, Mr. Springer is responsible for the combined Network, Infrastructure and Communications teams across Garnet Health. He also has oversight of Datacenter operations, as well as Information Technology (IT) vendor relations.
Mr. Springer joined Garnet Health in 2015 as a senior network engineer. In that time, he earned his Master of Business Administration degree in IT Management, and has helped to lead several major IT projects, such as the Datacenter refresh at Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills and the Core Network design across Garnet Health. He has also been the technical lead for the successful launching of Garnet Health Doctors outpatient locations.
Prior to joining Garnet Health, Mr. Springer was a network engineer for General Dynamics where he designed and led two Navy ship installation projects. He was also a Network Team Lead for Communications in the United States Army.
