Experience Orange County, N.Y. through Craft Beverage

Explore the county’s more than 24 wineries, distilleries, breweries, and cideries

ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. (October 18, 2018) – Ghosts and terrifying haunts aren’t the only spirits attracting visitors to Orange County, N.Y. this fall. Home to 24 craft beverage locations, including Brotherhood, America’s oldest winery, and the Angry Orchard Innovation Cider House, Orange County offers a wide selection of wineries, distilleries, breweries, and cideries.

“Sip farm-to-glass beverages while taking in breathtaking views of the colorful Hudson Valley fall foliage,” said Orange County Tourism Director Amanda Dana. “Our local farms host special events all season long that appeal to the whole family. Board a tractor-drawn hayride or harvest a bushel of apples, pick your perfect pumpkin or listen to live music – all while enjoying local craft beverages.”

Exploring the county’s wineries, breweries, distilleries and cideries is easier than ever with the ‘OCNY Craft Beverage Tour’ app. Now available for free download in the iTunes and Google Play stores, the app makes it easy for iPhone and Android users to customize tours of Orange County’s craft beverage locations from their mobile devices.
