GOSHEN, N.Y. (February 11, 2013) — Elant, the area’s premier provider of senior health and housing solutions, has named Debra Zambito as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Zambito is a seasoned finance executive with years of experience in the health care industry. Specializing in operations management and corporate finance, she has successfully implemented dozens of innovative and cost-saving initiatives for both public and private sector organizations. In her role as CFO, Zambito will oversee Elant’s business and financial operations.

Zambito most recently was a Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Kohl Asset Management and was the company’s CFO and Director of Operations for its Northern Services Group. The $500 million privately held asset management company specializes in the ownership, operation and management of health care facilities throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Previously, she was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Interstate Waste Services Inc. and CFO for Healthcare Environmental Inc.
