Three new directors bring years of leadership, healthcare experience
Goshen, N.Y. (April 19, 2011) – The Elant Board of Directors is pleased to announce that three new members have been elected to the Board.
Kathleen Kazakoff, CEO of Hudson Valley Heart Center; Linda Muller, President and CEO of Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center; and Richard O’Beirne, President of Airport Properties LLC began a three-year term on April 1.
Kazakoff has been CEO of Hudson Valley Heart Center in Poughkeepsie since 2008 and has worked in managerial and administrative roles in healthcare since 1980. Prior to joining the Heart Center, she was Chief Operating Officer at Cardiology Group of Western New York in Williamsville, N.Y., for nine years.
Muller has been with the Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center since 1991 and is currently the company’s President and CEO. Muller was recognized by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, NY Health Resources and Services Administration Field Office, for her commitment and distinguished service to improving the health status of the medically underserved.
O’Beirne was a Chairman of the Board of St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital for 11 years. He also served as Executive Director of the Construction Contractors Association for more than 24 years.
