Feb. 1, 2013 – Harris, N.Y. – Kathleen Anderson Director of Catskill Regional Medical Center’s (CRMC) Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Center, received a plaque on December 20 from the Adult Day Health Care Council for serving as the organizations’ Region 6 Representative. The presentation took place at the Sullivan County Adult Care Center.
On that same day, Assemblywoman Aileen Gunther was awarded the LeadingAge Partner in Quality Award. The Assemblywoman was nominated by Anderson and the ADCH Director at the Sullivan County Adult Care Center.
The CRMC Adult Day Health Care Program provides quality care for elderly, physically and mentally challenged persons needing assistance to remain home. The program improves seniors’ self esteem through physical, mental and social activities. Adult Day Health Care is a comprehensive medical program designed for the geriatric population with medical and physical disabilities.
