This marks the fifth time Grover M. Hermann Hospital has earned these Best Practice honors.
Callicoon, NY – Catskill Regional Medical Center’s Grover M. Hermann Hospital in Callicoon, NY has been named among the Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) in the country for Best Practices in Quality and Patient Satisfaction by the National Rural Health Association (NRHA). Grover M. Hermann Hospital’s high scores and subsequent ranking among critical access hospitals were determined by The Chartis Center for Rural Health.
“At Catskill Regional, we’re committed to healthcare excellence. NRHA’s Quality designation for the fifth year in a row reinforces our commitment,” said Rolland “Boomer” Bojo, VP Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Catskill Regional Medical Center and Administrator at Grover M. Hermann Hospital. “The Patient Satisfaction designation, which we’ve also earned three times, lets us know that our efforts are having a positive impact on the patients who have entrusted us with their care.”
Grover M. Hermann Hospital will be recognized in September for its 2019 designations during an awards ceremony to be held at the NRHA Critical Access Hospital Conference in Kansas City, Missouri.
