CATSKILL REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER’S CALLICOON FAMILY HEALTH CENTER TO OFFER FLU CLINIC FOR ADULTS

September 5, 2012 – Harris, N.Y. – Catskill Regional Medical Center’s (CRMC) Callicoon Family Health Center, located at Grover M. Hermann Hospital, 8881 State Route 97 in Callicoon, will hold a flu immunization clinic for adults from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 25.

The flu clinic will provide vaccines to prevent the influenza virus. There is a flat fee of $25 per vaccine. Medicare beneficiaries should bring their Medicare card. Appointments are limited and registration is required. For additional information or to register, contact the Callicoon Family Health Center at 845-887-5693.

The Callicoon Family Health Center, led by Nan Eschenberg, Nurse Practitioner, offers preventive medicine, geriatrics and adult medicine. The practice offers same-day or next-day appointments, and flexible business hours.
