Sep. 18, 2012 – Harris, N.Y. – Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC) recently announced the appointment of Timothy E. Duncan as its new Administrator of Support Services. In his position, Duncan will oversee the Facilities, Housekeeping, Food Service, Security and Bio-Medical Engineering departments for all CRMC locations.
Duncan was most recently Director of Engineering for a community hospital in Seaford, Del. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in managing various health care support services departments, including his time as Director of Engineering at Dewitt Army Hospital from 1991 to 2005.
Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) from the American Hospital Association. He is a former Power Plant Chief in the U.S. Army, and Brigade Operations Staff Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army Reserve. Additionally, Duncan holds Tradesman Certificates in Backflow Prevention, HVAC and many other technical designations in the Facilities Management field.
