When Catskill Farms and its founder, home builder and designer Chuck Petersheim, sought to raise their profile in 2020’s bustling real estate market, they again turned to Focus Media, which had provided marketing and public relations in 2008 during The Great Recession. Focus Media targeted local, regional and national outlets – from weekly and big-city newspapers and websites to cable-news networks, national publications and magazines – that published Petersheim’s timely analysis columns or whose reporters interviewed Petersheim as an in-the-know source.
