Iconic location gets upgrades reflective of the community
Scarsdale, N.Y. (March 18, 2011) – Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty celebrated the recently completed renovation of its Scarsdale office by hosting a grand opening on Wednesday, March 2. Rand Realty bought the Scarsdale office at 26 Popham Road along with an office in Larchmont in September from Merritt Associates.
“Everything in the office is new,” said Cheryl Cove, the Scarsdale office manager for Rand Realty. “We did a complete renovation from top to bottom and even put in a new awning that works well with the neighborhood.”
The office now has eight agents, five of which are full time, and Cove is looking to hire more people. “It doesn’t matter if they are new to the field or experienced, we’re looking for agents with both a positive attitude and energy,” she said.
“The improvements we’ve made in this building reflect the vibrant nature of Scarsdale and show that we are very proud to be a member of this community,” said Matt Rand, managing partner with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty.
