Goshen, N.Y. (July 22, 2013) – At 11:30 a.m. on Monday, August 26, attendees of Glen Arden’s Chef Showcase will experience a taste of Greek cuisine when Cornucopia Concept Hudson Valley Custom Caterers Executive Chef Nicholas Mouhteros serves up lunch with a twist.
Cornucopia Concept specializes in International custom cuisine and always uses farm fresh produce from local Hudson Valley farms in its meals. Located in Washingtonville, Cornucopia Concept is well known for its famous empanadas.
The Chef Showcase, held four to six times a year at Glen Arden, is open to seniors 62 and older, and admission is free. Each event features one or two chefs from a local restaurant, and gives residents and area seniors the opportunity to sample different foods.
